Our Policy: Cancellations for credit up to 72 hours in advance of class
Guests may cancel their upcoming class 72 hours (3 days) in advance to receive credit towards a different class. We DO NOT OFFER CREDIT CARD REFUNDS, and we are not able to offer class credit or transfers for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control. You are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply.
HOW TO CANCEL
Receive Credit Towards a Different Class!
We make it easy for you to cancel your upcoming class (72 hours/3 days in advance). Simply navigate to Your Account on The Cookery Houston > Click on "Orders" >. Here you are able to see any classes that are available for cancellation. When you cancel your ticket, you are given a credit of that amount to use towards an upcoming class. You will see your credit in your cart and checkout next time you sign up for a class.
If you do not cancel your ticket 72 hours (3 days) in advance of the class, regardless of reason, you will not receive credit for your missed class. If you miss a class due to weather related concerns our standard cancellation policy applies. Credits may NOT be applied towards gift certificate purchases, retail or private events.
Class Email Reminders Send 5 Days in Advance to Help You Plan
The Cookery Houston will send you a reminder email 5 days prior to your upcoming class to ensure you get a reminder about your class. Please be sure you are receiving our emails in advance. We cannot control if emails are not delivered properly or go into Spam/Junk mail folders and are not seen. It is the individual's responsibility to ensure they are receiving emails.
If last-minute changes occur, you may always send somebody in your place!
