We love working on new menus and classes to share with you all, and we hope you can join us for this fantastic Chinese brunchy-time class. You will experience the many exquisite flavors of Cantonese cuisine that will not only awaken your palette, but have you inspired to invite your friends for a wonderful Dim Sum at your place!
It typically takes us anywhere from 6 months to a year to recipe test and fine-tune a class before we put it on our schedules. I would like to give a big thank you to our Houston manager Tiffany for taking the lead on this class. Tiffany is passionate about all things dumplings and has been working on this three course menu behind the scenes since last year.
I’d also like to thank my mom for being the inspiration behind the dessert. Growing up near Seattle, we would take the ferry over to the city on the weekends to shop at Uwajimaya, and my “reward” of choice was always a delicious Chinese Egg.
Now excuse me as I am craving dumplings…and egg tarts…and well…the entire Dim Sum menu haha. We hope to see you in class soon.
